Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Market Solutions Advisor to act as a solution expert for business banking clients in a major market. You will join client meetings with market RMs, support credit growth, and collaborate with the credit team to close deals with regional and centralized partners.

The role requires a track record in commercial credit and sales, strong communication, and a deep understanding of the end-to-end credit process.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of executing credit sales strategies that contribute to balance sheet growth.
• 5+ years of Commercial Credit and Sales experience with effective client facing skills.
• Ability to communicate across the organization and build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify unmet credit needs and opportunities to drive credit production.
• Collaborate with Market Leadership to shape credit strategy.
• Assist RMs with credit prospect identification and prioritization.
• Track progress against business plans using growth and pipeline reports.
• Educate market on credit solutions and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with regional and centralized credit teams and specialists.
