EXL is seeking an experienced Strategy Manager to develop and implement credit risk frameworks that optimize risk and profitability and protect portfolio stability. The role partners with Product and Marketing teams to shape credit card and consumer lending products, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth through data-driven analytics. Work Location: Horsham, Pennsylvania.
Work Mode: Onsite. Salary range: $115K - $135K/Yr Base + Annual Bonus.
