Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a quantitative field or MBA with quantitative concentration
• Pursuing degree with expected completion by start date

Responsibilities

• Identify business challenges and recommend strategic or tactical improvements.
• Connect drivers of future credit trends to historical behavior and support risk models.
• Develop hypotheses, test, scope feasibility, lead implementation and monitor results.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance to improve quality, volume, service and profitability.
• Demonstrate analytics-driven decision making and strong communication.

Education
