Exelon is seeking a Senior Analyst, Credit Risk to manage a credit portfolio across regions and assess credit risk for wholesale and retail energy activities. You will collaborate with accounting, treasury, and risk teams to monitor exposures and strengthen credit decisions.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related degree.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced understanding of Mark-to-Market calculations and forward contract valuations.
• In-depth knowledge of credit and risk management fundamentals.
• Thorough understanding of financial and wholesale energy trading markets.
• Ability to evaluate creditworthiness and clearly convey results in a report.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with external partners and executives.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management.
• Strong spreadsheet modeling skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced energy trading environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess creditworthiness of customers and counterparties.
• Recommend credit terms within contracts.
• Coordinate collateral and monitor aged receivables.
• Assist on presentations to Senior Management on credit decisions.
• Manage credit relationships with counterparties and RTOs.
• Lead reporting enhancements for Credit Risk systems.
