Job summary

Element Solutions Inc. in the United States is seeking a Credit Analyst to join the US FSSC team. You will extend and monitor customer credit, manage collections, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and Finance to protect receivables.

Responsibilities include analyzing customer financials, establishing credit lines, issuing monthly KPI reports, and ensuring compliance with SOX controls. A BA/BS in Accounting or Finance and 5+ years of experience are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Credit Analyst in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• ERP experience including SAP, S/4HANA and JD Edwards (JDE).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.

Responsibilities

• Minimize bad debt risk and maximize collections.
• Analyze customer financial condition and establish credit lines.
• Prepare monthly Credit and Collections KPI reports.
• Approve new credit accounts by checking trade references and D&B listings.
• Comply with SOX controls and support audits.
• Maintain accurate notes in the ERP system on conversations with customers.
