Job summary

Silvi Materials is seeking a Credit Specialist to manage accounts receivable, cash applications, and customer credit terms in our Fairless Hills, PA on-site office. You will analyze credit data, set limits, and collaborate with collections to improve cash flow while maintaining data integrity in our ERP systems.

The role requires 3+ years in accounting related to AR, credits, or cash applications, with strong Excel skills and the ability to meet month-end deadlines. Competitive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably AR/credit/collections.
• Experience in construction, concrete, and/or manufacturing preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Experience with Suppli, Power BI reporting, and Dynamics 365 F&O preferred.
• Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
• High school diploma required; further education/certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with management to achieve goals for accounts receivable, cash collections, and outstanding customer balances.
• Analyze customer credit applications, review financial info, and set appropriate credit limits and terms.
• Create and maintain customer account records with data accuracy and integrity.
• Process cash receipts and apply payments to customer accounts, including discrepancies.
• Partner with collections to support efforts and understand related processes.
• Assist with reconciliations, statement reviews, and special projects.
• Maintain compliance with company credit policies and internal controls.
