You will keep Networking docs current, challenge briefs, and partner with cross-functional teams while applying emotional intelligence to improve systems.

Qualifications

• TX-specific regulations relevant to general work are expected.
• Hands-on proficiency with Emotional Intelligence, ideally paired with Communication.
• Familiarity with hybrid schedules and team norms at KKR.
• Solid foundation in Cross-Functional Collaboration, refined over 3+ years.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Keep Networking documentation current as the work outpaces it.
• Question the brief when the brief doesn't match reality.
• Partner sideways with teams who rarely sit in the same room.
• Read an Emotional Intelligence system you didn't build and improve it anyway.
• Surface risks early, loudly, and with a proposed fix attached.
• Spot the Arlington pattern in feedback before it becomes a complaint.
