Qualifications

• Must have credentialing experience and knowledge of medical staff practices.
• Familiarity with regulatory bodies and accreditation standards (JCAHO, CMS, NCQA, DNV) is preferred.
• Experience in credentialing processes, data entry, and auditing quality data.

Responsibilities

• Process initial credentialing and reappointment applications.
• Verify information and prepare files for committees.
• Maintain credentialing records and monitor expiration and red flags.
• Coordinate with departments, offices, and practitioners.
• Assist in audits and site visits as needed.
