Job summary

Verse Medical, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Credentialing Specialist to lead credentialing and onboarding of Verse Supplier Partners—DMEPOS suppliers that deliver equipment and supplies to patients wherever they are.

This high-volume, time-sensitive process requires accuracy, follow-through, and proactive communication to activate and maintain partner compliance, renewals, and change management across Salesforce and Google Drive.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in DME credentialing at a DME supplier, health plan, or TPA.
• Zero defect mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Adaptable and able to take feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Intake and verification of partner credentials and licenses.
• Monitor expirations and ensure updated documentation.
• Track events such as exclusions or ownership changes and escalate as needed.
• Maintain knowledge base and SOPs in Salesforce and Google Drive.
• Coordinate with partner support to activate/deactivate partners.
