Job summary

Motion, a fully integrated independent marketing agency, seeks a strategic, hands-on Creative Director in Cincinnati to grow the creative presence in the market.

You will shape brand storytelling across identity systems, digital experiences and campaigns, leading multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with Chicago-based leaders to deliver work that is strategically smart and beautifully crafted for clients.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of agency or integrated marketing experience with a strong emphasis on design and creative leadership.
• Exceptional hands-on design skills with an outstanding portfolio.
• Experience leading branding, print, digital and integrated creative initiatives from concept through execution.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate strategy to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative vision behind brands and campaigns.
• Guide projects from discovery through execution with strategic grounding.
• Direct the creative workflow across multiple accounts and initiatives.
• Actively participate in strategic planning and contribute to client partnerships.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding creative execution.
