Qualifications

• Extensive experience in local government administration with senior management responsibilities.
• Experience advising elected officials and managing budgets and operations.
• Knowledge of economic development, land use, and intergovernmental relations.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of County government and implement policy.
• Coordinate departments, support annual budget and long-range planning.
• Advise the Board of Supervisors and represent the County in regional matters.
• Foster accountability and staff development; communicate with the Board and residents.
