Qualifications

• Attorney, Assistant Chief Counsel (AC C) designation.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, directs, and reviews the work of professional legal staff engaged in sensitive and complex legal work for the DMHC related to regulation and enforcement under the Knox-Keene Act.
• Directs the investigatory functions of the Division of Plan Surveys and serves as legal advisor to the Deputy Director.
