Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure seeks an experienced Senior Corporate Counsel to support the Economic Development and External Affairs (EDX) team in Denver, CO. The role focuses on economic incentives, community benefits, and regulatory affairs, with up to 30% travel to meet stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have a JD from a U.S. law school, an active license, 5–7 years in regulatory/governmental matters, and strong drafting/negotiation skills. A hybrid work setup in the U.S. is offered.

Qualifications

• JD from a U.S. law school and an active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Proven drafting and negotiation capabilities across regulatory, land use, and economic-incentives matters.

Responsibilities

• Structure, draft and negotiate economic incentives, community benefits, development, and utility agreements and related documentation.
• Represent Rowan in meetings, hearings, and negotiations with government officials, policymakers, and community partners.
• Coordinate strategy on state and local legislative and regulatory matters affecting development, energy, water, and tax policy.
