Qualifications

• Ability to draft, negotiate and advise on contracts, licenses and governance.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate and draft contracts, leases, licenses and other legal documents.
• Provide legal research and general advisory on various matters.
• Develop and deliver training for volunteers and staff on legal topics.
