Responsibilities

• Prepare, draft, and negotiate a broad range of complex commercial agreements for global sourcing and supply chain.
• Provide legal support for indirect contracts including software licensing and SaaS.
• Draft and negotiate direct materials contracts (ingredients, raw materials, packaging).
• Structure external supply chain contracts (co-manufacturing, warehousing, transportation).
• Develop templates, playbooks, and guidelines; leverage AI tools for efficiency.
• Identify risks and escalate issues to senior leadership as needed.
