Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Cost Transformation & Strategy Associate Manager to drive strategic cost transformation across Foods and Beverages. You will work on deep dives to identify incremental opportunities and partner with digital tool owners to scale insights.

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years' experience; multi-disciplinary or consulting experience preferred.
Exposure to end-to-end P&Ls preferred.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Execute deep analytical efforts to deconstruct GTM issues and identify cost transformation opportunities.
Collaborate with teams to build pipelines and provide insights for cost transformation.
Partner with CTX digital tool owners on methodology and insights.
Translate analytics into actionable recommendations for leadership.
Support go-to-market strategies and profitability initiatives.
