PepsiCo seeks a Cost Transformation & Strategy Associate Manager to drive strategic cost transformation across Foods and Beverages markets. You will conduct deep dives, translate analytics into actionable insights, and partner with CTX tool owners to shape the new PTS tool.

The role emphasizes curiosity, knowledge of cost structures and profit drivers, and ability to work in dynamic, matrixed teams. Location flexibility includes major US hubs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience; consulting preferred.
• Exposure to end-to-end P&Ls is a plus.
• Strong analytical and data-processing capabilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work in matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute deep analytical efforts to deconstruct GTM issues and identify cost transformation opportunities.
• Synthesize findings into clear presentations for business owners.
• Partner with CTX product owners on methodology and insights for the new PTS tool.
• Collaborate across functions to codify processes and scale in markets.
