Job summary

Cleco in Louisiana is seeking a Cost of Service & Tariffs Analyst II to join our energy solutions team. This role applies analytical and regulatory knowledge to support cost of service studies, rate design, and data integration for revenue recovery.

You will build data sets, assist in allocating costs to classes, and help forecast sales and revenue using load research. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and a Master's is preferred; 3-5+ years of experience is typical.

Responsibilities

• Champions a corporate culture that emphasizes transparency, integrity, safety, environmental responsibility, employee development, sense of belonging, customer service, and operational excellence.
• Assists in development of functionalization, classification and allocation of costs to customer classes, as well as for large individual customers
• Assists in evaluation and recommendation of alignment of revenue components including Customer, Demand, Energy, Reactive Power, etc. through rate design
• Assists in maintaining differentiation between revenues collected through standard tariffs and revenue trackers
• Assists in leveraging load research into sales and revenue forecasts
• Provides support and expertise for all relevant regulatory and developmental company efforts
