Job summary

Qualifications

US citizenship is required.
Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
Bachelor's degree and calculus/quantitative coursework as specified.
Fifteen+ years of DoD/DHS cost estimating and related experience.
Expert knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and risk software.
Ability to lead detail-oriented, multi-task analyses.
Strong analytic and communication skills; experience with large data sets.
Experience supporting BCAs, AoAs, EAs, or similar studies.
Excellent written and verbal communication; works well in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

Lead development and maintenance of cost, affordability, and schedule analyses for DHS capabilities.
Coordinate with senior stakeholders to collect and communicate information for priority programs.
Conduct planning analyses, LCCEs, APB, BCAs, EAs, AoAs, and risk analyses.
Develop cost databases, estimating relationships, and cost factors.
Prepare briefing materials and present results to leadership and outside agencies.
Work autonomously and as part of a team to meet goals.
Understand DoD/DHS acquisition processes and customer mission.
Address business challenges with analytical problem solving.
