Job summary

Kalman & Company is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Arlington, VA team on-site. The candidate will work closely with DHS clients to collect, analyze, and present data supporting major defense programs. Strong cost analysis background and communication skills are required.

US Citizenship, an active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one is mandatory, along with 7+ years in government acquisitions data. A Bachelor's degree or higher is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to collect, organize, and assess data for government programs.
• Experience with data standards and relational analysis is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead data collection, storage, and reporting for acquisitions and investments.
• Develop analytic methodologies and dashboards to inform decision making.
• Produce deliverables: reports, data models, databases, and technical design artifacts.
• Collaborate with DHS clients and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
