Qualifications

• 5+ years of standard cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of cost models, inventory accounting, and variance analysis.
• CPA or CMA preferred.

• Prepare and analyze monthly performance reports and KPIs.
• Partner with plant teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.
