Job summary

Uline is seeking a Corporate Travel Coordinator to manage travel for employees and candidates across interviews, seminars, and conferences. You will book air, hotel, and ground transportation and coordinate with agencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in customer service; travel/hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong time-management and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment with accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Research and book travel arrangements including air, hotel and ground transportation for company employees.
• Verify and complete travel changes as they arise.
• Maintain records related to company travel and assist with invoicing.
• Communicate and follow through with various agencies and vendors.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
