Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate tax experience in accounting firms or corporations.
• Bachelors degree; CPA/EA/JD/LLM or approved credential.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and tax provisions.
• Experience managing multiple client engagements and teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to corporations and partnerships.
• Collaborate on ASC 740 and tax provision calculations.
• Lead and manage tax professionals and client engagements.
• Oversee client relationships and deliver high quality service.
• Manage engagements' billing, collections, and budgets.
