Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on corporate matters including mergers, acquisitions, governance, and compliance.

• Conduct due diligence and manage transactional processes for M&A and other deals.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Stay updated on laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide proactive advice.
