Intuit's Corporate FP&A team leads company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. The Staff Financial Analyst will generate strategic, data-driven insights and deliver analysis to support executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A experience or equivalent tenure in dynamic finance roles.
• Deep experience deriving data-driven insights and delivering presentations to senior executives.
• Excellent oral and written communication, translating results into insights for executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly close reporting, forecasting, headcount forecasting, and board prep.
• Deliver data-driven analytics to reveal trends and inform decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design and improve financial and operational processes.
• Be a thought partner to senior leaders to drive change and financial leadership.
• Prepare and present insights to Intuit’s executive audience.
