Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in internal and external communications.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college with major course work in marketing or a related field.
• Demonstrate ability to create holistic employee communication programs that span engagement, advocacy, content creation, social platforms, event management, research and measurement.
• Demonstrated original writing and editing expertise, with commanding knowledge of multi‑channel communication strategies (digital, print, and events).
• Demonstrated ability to create consumer friendly conversational communication across print, digital, online, and social media channels.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EECU’s corporate brand voice & identity, through content strategy, content creation, & communications plans across channels.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, research, and develop content for marketing programs across multiple channels (email, video, web, TV, radio).
• Develop internal multi‑channel communication strategies & content that supports adoption, promotion, and consistent representation of the EECU mission, values, and brand identity.
• Execute EECU’s public relations strategy and provide monthly and quarterly reports on PR efforts.
• Lead and execute strategic multi‑channel social media communications with tracking and reporting.
• Support executive communications including messaging, speeches, videos, presentations, town halls, and other events.
• Actively support department and corporate projects as needed and other duties as assigned.
