Career Launch is seeking a Director of Corporate Development for the San Francisco Bay Area. You will lead strategic, financial, investment, and transaction work for senior-level employers, shaping growth at high-growth and institutional organizations.

You will own acquisition strategy, diligence, financial modeling, and executive communications, coordinating across finance, legal, operating, and external teams to drive decisive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, strategy, or corporate development.
• Advanced financial analysis and modeling skills with strong attention to detail.
• Authorization to work in the United States for the employer without misrepresenting work status.

Responsabilités

• Lead acquisition strategy, pipeline development, diligence, and transaction execution.
• Lead rigorous analysis of markets, companies, investments, transactions, and strategic alternatives.
• Build financial models, decision materials, and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Coordinate diligence and execution across finance, legal, operating, and external teams.
• Identify material risks, value drivers, and unanswered questions early in a process.
• Present conclusions clearly to executives, investment committees, boards, or clients.
• Improve the templates, data sources, and operating processes used for recurring decisions.
