Job summary

Infor is hiring a Corporate Development Associate to work with the Sr. Manager on evaluating opportunities, building models, and supporting deal execution and integration. You will contribute across the transaction lifecycle, develop deal rationale, coordinate diligence, and prepare materials for executives and the board.

The role spans origination through closing, with opportunities to learn quickly, apply analytical thinking, and own key tasks under guidance from the Corporate Development team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or private equity.
• Strong analytical skills with financial/valuation modeling ability.
• Experience integrating AI tools to optimize workflows responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze acquisition and divestiture targets and build financial models.
• Coordinate diligence and prepare executive-ready materials.
• Support end-to-end deal execution and integration workstreams.
• Engage with investment banks and private equity to facilitate activity.
• Develop deal rationale and track opportunities in the corporate development CRM.
• Help build processes, tools, and playbooks as the team grows.
