Job summary

A leading support services provider is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead critical accounting functions and support its mission-driven initiatives. In this role, you'll provide strategic leadership, ensure compliance with GAAP, and manage financial operations for multiple entities. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, solid leadership skills, and at least 10 years of accounting experience, including in management. Qualifications

• 10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including at least 5 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting in regulated environments.
• Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to Controllers and AR teams.
• Oversee consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Ensure full tax, regulatory, and fiduciary compliance.
• Drive AR operations with a focus on Medicaid collections and cash flow forecasting.
• Lead accounting integration for new acquisitions.
