Job summary

Halco Group seeks a hands-on Corporate Controller to own the numbers across 13 entities—auto service, towing, car wash, child care and real estate. You will close the books, run cash, build processes, and report where profit is won and lost. You will lead the AP/AR team and coordinate with the outsourced bookkeeping firm and CPA.

You will report to the CEO and sit on the leadership team alongside Operations and People, driving rapid process improvements and clear, actionable financial insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in accounting and finance with leadership experience.
• Controller or Assistant Controller in multi-entity settings.
• Experience in multi-unit retail or service sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close and consolidation across 13 entities.
• Lead AP/AR, manage outsourced bookkeeping and CPA.
• Build and enforce SOPs, intercompany reconciliations, and dashboards.
