Zusammenfassung

Audubon seeks a Corporate Controller in Chamblee, GA to lead full-cycle accounting for corporate entities, manage cash across the portfolio, and integrate payroll processes with the accounting function.

You will report to the CFO and COO, supervising the accounting team, driving timely closes, and delivering investor and lender reporting. This is an operational role requiring in-person leadership and process discipline.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Ten years of progressive accounting experience.
• Five years minimum directly managing an accounting team.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and real estate accounting principles.
• Experience with Entrata, RealPage, Yardi or similar platforms.
• Ability to become resident expert on Investor Reporting software.
• Experience supporting external audits, tax preparation, and lender/investor reporting.

• Oversee cash management across the portfolio and provide cash reporting.
• Direct full-cycle accounting for corporate entities and payroll integration.
• Close books on schedule and drive operational rigor for stakeholders.
• Coordinate annual audits and tax preparation with external parties.

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and internal controls.
