Kaiser Permanente in the western Washington area seeks a Lead, Corporate Communications to guide internal, executive, and external programs. You will partner with leaders across functions to craft strategies, manage stakeholders, and drive organizational change with clear, compelling messaging.

You will translate complex initiatives into actionable communications plans, oversee content, monitor impact, and advise leadership on reputation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three (3) years experience in internal communications.
  • Minimum three (3) years experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Humanities, Business, Social Science, or related field and Minimum eight (8) years experience in communications, writing, marketing, or a directly related field.

Responsibilities

  • Leads cross-functional, high-impact internal communications programs and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develops and executes strategic communication plans aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Advises leaders and manages communications through change and risk.
  • Writes, edits, and coordinates complex content for KP communications programs.
  • Manages vendor relationships and ensures brand consistency across channels.
