Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Communications, Public Relations, Technical Writing, or copywriting for external audiences.
• Ability to write conversational copy while maintaining accuracy and clarity.
• Strong grammar and editing skills with ability to refine own work.
• Experience translating technical topics for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Consult on project initiatives and recommend effective communication types.
• Apply correct grammar and align with brand standards in all communications.
• Respond to urgent requests with same-day turnaround when needed.
• Translate technical language into clear client messages.
• Contribute to process improvement for communication workflows.
• Collaborate with partners to align client and associate communications.
• Coordinate with email, letter teams, and vendors to meet timelines.
• Incorporate feedback from legal, compliance, risk, and related partners.
• Manage projects in a fast-paced environment and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Champion clear, consistent messaging across Commercial Bank.
