Citi in Tampa, FL is launching the COO Analyst Program, a two-year development track with two 1-year rotations across the COO. You will take on development-focused roles, receive mentoring, and build a broad professional network to prepare for future leadership within the Chief Operating Office.

Ideal candidates are driven, data-literate, and eager to contribute to enterprise-wide transformation while gaining exposure to risk and controls projects.

Qualifications

• On track to graduate with bachelor’s degree in Spring 2027
• Preferred GPA 3.3 or above
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Dynamic individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Participate in two 1-year rotations across the COO
