Job summary

Citi in Tampa, FL, invites you to join the COO Summer Analyst Program. This 10-week internship starts in June with a one-week immersive training and mentorship.

You will work with COO professionals on enterprise-wide transformation, risk and controls projects, and interactions with senior teams. Ideal candidates are graduating in Spring 2028, have a minimum 3.3 GPA, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint; must be authorized to work in the United States

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree expected Spring 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.3 or above.
• Authorized to work in the United States with no visa sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Assist COO with risk and controls projects during the Summer Analyst Program.
• Collaborate with senior COO professionals on enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Participate in mentorship and training programs during and after the program.
