The ideal candidate should hold a degree in accounting or finance, with over 10 years of accounting experience and at least 5 years in a management role. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Infor LN, and excellent communication skills are essential for this full-time position based in California. Qualifications
Minimum BS degree in accounting or finance, CPA or CMA is a plus.
10+ years accounting experience, 5+ years in management level.
Understanding of cross-border operations or maquiladora experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
Manage monthly management reports including financial statements.
Oversee disbursement activities for accurate payables processing.
Manage global treasury activities for US and Mexico.
Establish and maintain systems and controls relating to budget and forecasts.
Review and finalize payroll batches bi-weekly and HR processes.
