Qualifications

• BA Accounting/Finance or Business Administration; CPA or MBA.
• 10 years high-level accounting experience or 3–5 years with CPA firm.
• Direct experience with nonprofits.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor budget and fiscal integrity for the year.
• Prepare financial reports, assist with budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and coordinate audits.
• Oversee General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Reimbursement, and Payroll.
• Maintain internal controls and cost reports for Medicaid/Medicare.
