Cleaver-Brooks, Milwaukee, WI, seeks a Financial Analyst to provide accounting leadership for the $100M+ Aftermarket division. You will manage the general ledger, perform close processes, and deliver insightful analysis to improve profitability.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting with 10+ years in progressive accounting roles; CPA/CMA is preferred. Relocation assistance may be provided, and collaboration with sales, finance, and operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• CPA/CMA certification preferred but not required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership.
• Experience with high-volume, multi-category operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the general ledger and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Analyze financial performance and advise on profitability.
• Lead and develop the accounting team and cross-functional partners.
• Manage month-end/quarter-end close processes and reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
• Develop forecast models for a high-volume parts business.
