Job summary

Confidential, a well-established Single Family Office, seeks an experienced Controller to oversee accounting, treasury, and compliance across a diversified portfolio of entities. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead month-end closes, consolidate financial statements, strengthen internal controls, and partner with external advisors and banking partners to support growth and investment activity.

This is a hands-on leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting, consolidations, and investment accounting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accounting operations and general ledger for multiple entities.
• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial records for accuracy.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and schedules.
• Perform variance analysis and prepare reports for executive leadership.
• Ensure proper accounting for intercompany transactions, distributions, and investment activity.
