Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active CPA license in good standing.
• Public accounting experience required.
• Experience leading monthly close, financial reporting, and controls.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Experience with Workday or similar ERP.
• Ability to leverage automation/AI to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Firm’s general ledger, consolidation, monthly close, and financial reporting processes.
• Oversee accounts payable, payroll, fixed assets, treasury and other recurring processes.
• Oversee external financial reporting, documentation, and research.
• Lead external audit process and serve as primary accounting contact.
• Maintain and improve accounting policies and internal controls.
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Partner with CFO and FP&A on strategic initiatives.
• Develop and manage accounting team performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve close, reporting, and automation.
• Ensure effective use of Workday and finance tech tools.
