Job summary

DeepSight Technology Inc. is seeking a Contract Manager/Paralegal to support the legal department from Clayton, MO or Bellevue, WA.

You will draft, review, negotiate and administer a wide range of contracts including NDAs, services agreements, SOWs and licensing terms. The role requires 4–6 years of relevant experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong communication and organizational skills to manage complex documents and risk.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years minimum relevant/transferable work experience; contract review/analyst, paralegal experience a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• General knowledge of contract management and related processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, negotiate and administer contracts to facilitate company objectives.
• Work on NDAs, consulting agreements, services agreements, SOWs, purchase orders, supply agreements, and other contracts.
• Ensure contract compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide contract support and align terms with business objectives.
