This position, based in our NYC office and reporting to the Senior Associate General Counsel, collaborates across OGС, Finance, and Financial Operations to ensure efficient processing and governance of agreements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in legal administration, paralegal work, or contract management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administrative lifecycle of contracts and grants, including intake, vetting of prospective vendors and grantees, routing for approvals, signature coordination, and database tracking.
