Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is a global provider of technology and business consulting services seeking a Mgr 2 - Contract Mgmt (No Commissions) in Spring House, PA.

The role focuses on strategic guidance to Discovery Sciences project owners, managing end-to-end contracting while ensuring healthcare compliance. Responsibilities include entering requisitions, managing change orders, handling CDA/NDA requests, entering SOWs, and tracking project status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is NOT required; work experience with above tasks is most important.
• Must have at least 2-5 years of prior experience performing all the listed job duties.
• Candidate must be able to come in and hit the ground running immediately.

• Must have prior Purchase Order and Contract experience.
• Must have prior Contract Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Enter purchase requisitions for the team and manage change orders for all DS requests.
• Manage invoicing mismatch process and advise leaders on needed approvals and invoicing issues.
• Process, modify, and update Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDA) / non-disclosure agreement (NDA) requests.
• Enter all Scope of Work (SOWs) for project requests into e-Marketplace or e-MC.
• Determine all category designations for project requests, often requiring procurement interface.
• Serve as the 'project monitor' for the project requestor and track requests regularly, reporting status to requestors.
• Manage a 'project tracker' spreadsheet for each request and document activities.
• Follow-up and serve as project expediter when requests stall in R2P, Sourcing, Supplier contracting, or legal.
• Notify process step owners of changes/project timing criticality.
• Process new supplier requests in ARAVO and assist suppliers with banking information entry.
• Assist new HCP suppliers with submissions for HCP number or National Provider Identifier Standard (NPI) number.
• Manage and track the healthcare compliance component of all relevant contracts and POs.
• Provide procurement, contracting, and e-Marketplace training for the team.
• Gather information from project leads, procurement, suppliers, etc., to process contracting requests successfully.
• Perform research on PO/Contract status for project owners, including information on payments and accruals.
• Manage 'grey zone' process for requests that don't fit into traditional Pharmaceutical procurement categories.
• Perform other Business Support Associate duties for Janssen R&D.
• Provide process improvement feedback to Procurement and help prioritize Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Process purchase requisitions and request purchase orders with selected suppliers.
• Receive purchase information from R&D business partners and utilize the eMP purchasing system.
• Assist with systems compatibility issues and work directly with business requesters and Procurement.
• Modify and manage purchase orders for the user base.
• Work with requestors to complete the supplier add form and enter new supplier requests into ARAVO.
• Proactively communicate with and provide customer service to Janssen requesters.
• Ensure training and proficiency on all applicable Pharmaceutical Systems.
• Prepare detailed plans supporting high-level plans and liaise with stakeholders to ensure clarity on expectations.
• Maintain project documentation in compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Facilitate communication and information flow amongst S&O, TA, and SLT team members and stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing portfolio status reports and presentation materials for governance meetings.
• Manage document versioning, SharePoint sites, or other collaborative tools.
• Build and maintain strong collaborations within the TA and partnering functions.
