Formación

• 0–2 years biotech/pharmaceutical or equivalent industry experience.
• Knowledge of distribution processes and inventory management.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus; compliant distribution environments valued.
• Fork Truck trained.

Responsabilidades

• Independently execute distribution processes according to SOPs and training, ensuring cGMP compliance.
• Organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines for shipments and inventory management.
• Participate in team meetings; contribute to operational efficiency and best practices.
• Identify issues during distribution tasks and propose solutions to management.
• Conduct receipt inspections of incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Unload trucks and arrange proper storage to ensure inventory control.
• Sort, label, and condition products per procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
• Perform picking and packing of orders with accuracy and cost center adherence.
• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation per SOPs and WI.
• Ensure inventory integrity via regular counts and reconciliations.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and address hazards promptly.
• Uphold PPE usage and safe handling procedures in distribution operations.
• Collaborate to support on-time order delivery and inventory accuracy.
• Stay informed about company policies and distribution best practices.
• Participate in training to develop new skills and stay updated on processes and technologies.
• Assist in audits and quality reviews to ensure compliance with standards.
• Assist in writing SOPs and work instructions.
• Perform weigh and dispense and sampling using aseptic techniques as per procedures.
• Seek cross-training opportunities across storage, shipping, inventory management, weigh & dispensing, sampling, and logistics.
