Job summary

Stella Contracting, Inc. is seeking a strategic Contract Manager to oversee the full contract lifecycle across construction, facility management, and related industries.

You will ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and drive business success by managing vendor, subcontractor, and client relationships. The role reports to the Director of Operations and involves coordinating with project teams, procurement, legal, and finance to ensure timely delivery and renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Management, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in contract management within construction, facility management, or similar industries.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts, ensuring terms are clear, enforceable, and align with organizational goals
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement, legal, finance, and senior leadership to support project delivery
• Monitor contract performance, track deliverables, and enforce compliance with deadlines and obligations
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks, proactively resolving disputes and claims
• Maintain accurate contract records, documentation, and reporting systems
• Support bid processes and contract renewals as needed
