Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and five years of related experience.
• Or High School Diploma or GED and nine years of related experience.
• Experience identifying contractual risk and applying established negotiation guidance and escalation standards.
• Experience negotiating terms related to vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, drafts, and negotiates vendor-related contracts using approved templates, playbooks, clause libraries, fallback positions, and escalation procedures.
• Identifies deviations from approved contracting standards and escalates material issues to the attorney or control function.
• Negotiates routine and approved contractual provisions within delegated authority.
• Reviews contract documents for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and alignment among related agreements.
• Manages assigned matters throughout the contracting process from intake to record retention.
