You will develop content across channels including intranet, website, newsletters, leadership messages, campaigns, and customer-facing communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional writing experience in journalism, communications, marketing, public relations, content development, or related field.
• Experience creating content for multiple audiences, channels, and objectives.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and proofread content for internal and external audiences.
• Develop employee communications, intranet content, newsletters, leadership messages, FAQs, and change materials.
• Create website content, marketing materials, campaign messaging, and thought leadership content.
• Translate complex business information into clear, audience-focused content.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, guidelines, and messaging.
