Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inform and manage community startup strategy to align with project goals.
• Manage project tracker tool for cost forecasting (short and long term).
• Inform and manage procurement strategies and budgets for cost improvement and margin enhancement.
• Collaborate with construction teams to execute procurement strategies aligned with budgets and timelines.
• Drive vendor performance through VIP meetings, site walks, and strong vendor relationships.
• Build relationships with trade partners to execute sourcing strategies and cost efficiency.
• Recruit and develop procurement team members and evaluate performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
