Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Senior Director of Construction to provide enterprise-level leadership over all construction activities supporting growth, new store development, and operational excellence. You will oversee cost, schedule, quality, and risk management while coaching Directors and Project Managers to deliver on-time store openings.

The role partners with Real Estate, Legal, Store Planning, IT, and Facilities and requires 10+ years of leadership in multi-site retail construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; progressive leadership experience in multi-site retail or commercial construction is expected.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Builds and leads independent leadership teams responsible for delivering projects aligned to goals.
• Partners with Real Estate, Legal, Store Planning, IT, AP, Facilities, and Operations to remove roadblocks and drive decisions.
• Owns master CPM construction timeline and governance across project lifecycle for new store development.
