Qualifications
- J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
- At least four years of transactional construction experience.
- Minnesota bar admission or the ability to get admitted in Minnesota.
- Strong communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities
- Interact directly with clients to structure deals and projects in construction law.
- Provide construction law advice and guidance on negotiations and contract drafting.
- Draft and negotiate contracts for a variety of construction and development projects.
